Abstract

It can be said, that labour law has an effect on the employment of employees. Next to other characteristics, factors, the regulation of labour law can involve occupational effects. During the preparation of the new Hungarian Labour Code, it was a purpose to increase employment by the help of the act. In this article my goal was to analyse labour law with an occupational view. I highlighted workers with children, atypical forms, mostly part-time work, minimum wage, redundancy money and layoff. To amend occupational difficulties, both employees and employers have to take part in the progress. As it can be seen, the mentioned difficulties can be varied.
