After the 1998-th modification, the Hungarian Constitution defines the Hungarian Republic as a democratic constitutional state. According to that the state organization building is based on the branches of power. The appriate transformation of different state power branches has happened in the last 10 years, so as the creation of the new state power organs. The part of law which is attached to the judge's power became lastly re-controlled in 1997 from several statepower branches. That's why this study is mostly about that, especially about the changes of the court of the judicial organization. The studie's main subject about the introduction of the State Jurisdiction Council which is a special organ of the administration of justice. The author would like to analyse the organ's precedents of the formation, the structure of it's constitution, it's power, and the practical experiences about it's work. At the end of this essay tries to give a conclusion which can be useful to the future - control.
