Abstract

The paper The Role of Multilingual Dictionaries of Linguistic Terms in Teaching and Learning Ukrainian as a Foreign Language is devoted to the study o f dictionaries of linguistic terms. An attempt is made to identify and analyze bilingual and multilingual dictionaries of linguistic terms into/from Ukrainian, in particular, from Ukrainian into Hungarian and vice versa. In the process o f analysis, the main features o f the surveyed dictionaries are described, their role in the teaching and learning Ukrainian as a foreign language is determined and the importance of creating multilingual dictionaries o f linguistic terms for learning and teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language is demonstrated.
