Abstract
The book gives a detailed discription for the cognition of the multiple significance of the forests on the basis of the LIV. law in 1996. It contains the analysis of the advantaged areas of the forest farming. It discusses three main territories in connection with forests. The first chapter shows the distribution of the forest propety in our country demonstrated with diagram, mainly the organisation of the state forest farming and the characteristics of the private forests, the organisations of the private forest farming. It details the concept circle, of the forest owner and the forest farmer. It words the legal concept of the forest, the drain of the forest territory. It speaks about the laws of the lease of the forests. The second part of the study deals with the theme circle of the forestry administration. As for the continuance of the historical induction it shows separately the units of the forestry administration, their build-up, connections, organisational and magisterial tasks. The third part states the national forest protectional aims, tools and programmes. The assignment of the services of the forest shows graphically the given benefits for the whole society. It attends to the harmful human and natural effects that affects the forest and to the protection against them. It assigns the bans, limitations that originate from the laws which make severe claims on the forest farmers, owners, and visitors. The violators have to pay various fines. The types of them are analysed. We can read about the forest planting, about its importance and actuality. It confirms with statistical datas the author's statements and recognitions. We can also find an international outlook at the end of the book, where the more important international organisations are introduced, that talk out the case of forests. We have to mention the conception, essence and necessity of the National Forest Program. On the whole we can determine, that the study clasps the operative laws concerning the forests and the present national institution system.
