Abstract
By right of the prevailing act of the hungarian public procurements, simple public procurement procedure must be conducted on those public procurements, that worths under the national limit of value. The order of procedure — which is slightly worked out by the concerning provision of law and the special literature alike — demands even more composed regulation and even more extensive research work because of the noticeable importance-strengthening in the course of the lawadapters' practice. Present dissertation is an early manifestation of this latter aim from the author. The composition — ristricted to the size of an essay — tries to investigate that how can the numerous regulations of this jurisdiction be realized during the concrete lawadapteting. It verifies the concerning sections of the act: alongside the general regulations of the simple public procurement procedures, the concrete ones as well.
