While Studying the foreign enforcement, specifically, regulations of foreign rulings implemented in Hungary and the regulations of home rulings implemented abroad, it is essential to take a look at The 1881"/LX Act Regarding Foreclosure Proceedings. This Act was the first autonomous Enforcement Act in Hungary and it was the first that regulated foreign rulings thoroughly. This essay discusses the premises of the act, the significant contents of its reformations, the fundamentals of the enactment process, and the critical queries of the parliamentarian arguments. Based on the studies of The Parliamentary Journal and Notes, the paper examines how these reforms appeared throughout the discussion of the general and detailed bill and whether or not there was any substantive suggestion or alteration to the major reforms. With the overview of the classical and contemporary judicial literatures, and the judicial practice that was linked to the 1881" Enforcement Act, this essay evaluates the legislative provision and its regulations relative to foreign enforcement. In addition, it seeks to find the answer to the questions of whether the phases of the Act relevant to the foreign enforcement were lasting and whether they further influenced the evolvement of the law. And lastly, explores the premises of the modern regulations among these and contrasts whether the act is merely significant because it is part of the history of law.
