By widely spreading of electronic means and equipments of communication, most of the firms/companies are forced to change to digital administration, commerce, which is of course followed by the accounting of enterprises. There are huge rearrangings in the fields of registration, keeping contacts, financial and other services. While we are enjoying the achievements of the information society, the warning words cannot be sounded in the light of the horray optimism: what kinds of rearranging are caused by this new system in the employment structure. Millions of people lose their sure cost of living and jobs by the appearing and using of digital technical devices; and because of the unusual contract makings, accelerated transactions and workflows. The profit occured in one side increases the number of people who belong to aid zone, which puts enormous burden on the active members of the society.
