Abstract

Szimultán desztillációs extrakciós módszerrel kivonatot készítettünk az aranyvesszå virág- és mézmintákból, melyekben a Solidago eredet marker komponenseit kerestük. A virágban azonosított aromaalkotók nagy részét terpének és szeszkviterpének alkották, a legintenzívebben megjelenå vegyület a germakrén-D volt. Ez az illatösszetevå szolgálhat prekurzorként a mézben is igen nagy számban megjelenå terpén alkotók kialakulásához. Az aranyvesszå méz elemzése során sikerült olyan vegyületeket azonosítanunk, melyek alkalmasak lehetnek a Solidago botanikai eredet igazolására. Ezek közül a germakrén-D bizonyult a legalkalmasabbnak a származás meghatározására. Az aromavizsgálatok során azt tapasztaltuk, hogy - a jelen lévå közös aromaalkotók ellenére - a méz illatképe nem származtatható közvetlenül a virágéból. Extracts were prepared by simultaneous distillation-extraction (SDE) method from the goldenrod flower and honey to find the marker compounds of Solidago origin. A great deal of the identified aroma constituents in goldenrod flower consisted of terpenes and sesquiterpenes, with the most intense peak of germacrene-D. This fragrance component may serve as a precursor to the formation of terpene components appearing in honey in great strength. Aroma substances suitable for the verification of Solidago botanical source were managed to identify in honey. Germacrene-D proved to be the most appropriate for determination of the goldenrod derivation. In spite of the common scent compounds present in both fragrance extracts, no direct similarity exists between the aromaspectra of goldenrod flower and its honey.
