Abstract
Búza- és lisztminták kiemelt minõségi paramétereinek körvizsgálata nagy eltéréseket jelzett. Ennek okai a laboratóriumok felszereltségének különbözõségére és módszertani hiányosságokra vezethetõk vissza. Az eredmények értékelése és elemzése alapján jól hasznosítható következtetésekre jutottak a vizsgálatok pontosabb és egyértelmûbb kivitelezése szempontjából. The executed proficiency testing concerning the selected quality parameters of wheat and flour samples indicated considerable differences between the results. The reasons for these could be differences between the laboratory equipment and methodological discrepancies. From the evaluation and analysis of the data consequences could be drawn regarding the execution of the investigations more exactly and definitely. Die durchgeführte Ringanalyse ausgewählter Qualitätsparameter von Weizen- und Mehlproben wies erhebliche Abweichungen auf. Die Ursachen dafür können auf die Unterschiede der Laborausrüstungen und auf methodische Mängel zurückgeführt werden. Auf der Grundlage der Bewertung und Analyse der Ergebnisse wurden anwendbare Schluβfolgerungen bezüglich der exakteren und eindeutigeren Ausführung der Untersuchungen gezogen.
