Abstract
A vanillin lúgos oldatban, az UV és látható színkép határán, jól mérhető abszorpciós maximumot ad, ami azonban a pH-értéktől erősen függ. Az extrahálás során a szorbinsav és a benzoesav is kinyerhető a vanillinnel együtt, azonban lúgos oldatban ezek nem zavarják a vanillin meghatározását. Lehetőség van az egymás melletti meghatározásra is. In basic solution vanillin gives a well measurable absorption maximum at the lim it of UV and visible spectrum, but it strongly depends on the pH value. Sorbic acid and benzoic acid can be extracted together with vanillin, but they do not disturb the determination of vanillin. There is a possibility for spontaneous determination, too. Vanillin ergibt in alkalischer Lösung an der Grenze von UV und des sichtbaren Bereichs ein gut meßbares Absorptionsmaximum, das jedoch stark vom pH-Wert abhängig ist. Bei der Extraktion können die Sorbin- und Benzoesäure zusammen mit dem Vanillin gewonnen werden, die aber in der alkalischen Lösung die Bestimmung von Vanillin nicht stören. Die Möglichkeit der Bestimmung nebeneinander besteht ebenfalls.
