Abstract

A vizes kivonat NH4+-ion-tartalmát RADELKIS gyártmányú OP —N H 4 — 0711 P típusú ionszelektív elektród segítségével határoztuk meg. Tapasztalataink szerint az említett elektród működését az oldatban levő fehérjék és nyálkaanyagok zavarják, ezért azokat Carrez-féle derítéssel eltávolítottuk az oldatból. Minthogy a derítőszerrel bevitt Zn2+-ionok nagymértékben csökkentik a mérés érzékenységét, ezek eltávolításáról is gondoskodnunk kellett. Ezt úgy oldottuk meg, hogy a Zn2+- ionokat klorokomplexbe vittük, majd az utóbbit VARION AD anioncserélő műgyantán megkötöttük. The NH4+-ion in water extract were determined using ion selective electrode type OP —NH4-0711 produced by Radelkis. According to the authors’ experiences the operation of the electrode is disturbed by the proteins and polysaccharides in the solution and for this reason these materials were removed from the solution by Carrez clarification. For the Zu2+-ions given into the solution with the clarifying agent considerably decrease the sensitivity of the measurement, they also had to be removed. To solve this problem chlorocomplex was formed from the Zn2+-ions and the complex was linked to VARION AD anion exchange resing. Der NH4+-Gehalt des wässrigen Extraktes wurde mit einer ionselektiven RADELKIS-Eiektrode vom Typ OP —NH4 —0711 P bestimmt. Nach Erfahrungen der Verfasser wird die Funktion der betreffenden Elektrode durch die in der Lösung befindlichen Eiweiss- und Schleimstoffe gestört, deshalb wurden diese m it der Carrez-Klärung aus der Lösung entfernt. Da die mit dem Klärmittel eingeführten Zn2+-ionen die Empfindlichkeit der Messung stark herabmindern, müssen auch diese entfernt werden. Das wurde so gelöst, dass die Zn2+-lonen in den Komplex überführt wurden und letzterer an VARION AD Anionaustauscher-Kunstharz gebunden werden konnte.
