Abstract
Es wird eine einfache und rasche Methode der quantitativen Bestimmung des Buthylhydroxytouol (BHT-)gehaltes von Fetten und Mischfuttern beschrieben. Das Mischfutter wird mit Benzol extrahiert, sodann das Extrakt durch eine mit Florisil gefüllte Säule geführt. Der BHT-Oehalt des Eluates wird phozometrisch bei 283 um bestimmt. Gemäss den Untersuchungen ist auf diese Weise die Gesamtmenge des im Mischfutter vorliegenden BHT nestimmbar. Die Bestimmung wird durch die Anwesenheit von Fremdstoffen nicht gestört. A simple and quick quantitative method is presented for the determination of butyl hygroxytoluene (BHT) in fats and mixed feeds. The sample is extracted with benzene then the extracted allowed to pass theough a column packed with Florisil. The ВНТ-content of the eluate is determined by photometry at 283 nm. According to the obtained data, the total amount of BHT present in mixed feeds can be determined in this way. The presence of alien substances does not interfere with the determination.
