Abstract
Investigations were carried out by gas chromatography and thin layer chromatography to clear up the effects interfering with the determination of residues of chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticide agents, the effect of contaminants present in the solvents used for the extraction and in the sorbents applied for the purification by column chromatography of the samples on the evaluation of their contents of gamma —HCH, p,p’ —DDT and p,p’ —DDE. It was found that neither the solvents of analytical grade nor the sorbents can be used without previous purification for the pretreatment of samples in which the mentioned agent residues are to be determined. Suggestions are made for the purification of substances applied in the analysis and for checking the efficiency of purification. Es wurden gaschromatischen und diinnschichtchrimatographische Untersuchungen unternommen, um die die Bestimmung von chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe enthaltenden Mittelrückständen Störwirkungen aufzuklären. Dabei wurde die Wirkung der Verunreinigungen der zur Extraktion der Muster benützten Lösungsmittel sowie der zur säulenchromatographischen Reinigung verwendeten Sorbenzien auf die Auswertung von gamma —HCH, p,p’ —DDT und p,p’ —DDE studiert. Es wurde festgestellt, dass weder die analysenreinen Lösungsmittel, noch die Sorbenzien ohne vorangehende Reinigung zur Vorbereitung der zur Bestimmung der erwähnten Mittelrückständen dienenden Muster geeignet sind. Ein Vorschlag zur Reinigung der zur Analyse verwendeten Substanzen und zur Kontrolle des Wirkungsgrades der Reinigung gemacht.
