Abstract
Eine mehrfache rückstandsanalytische Methode wird zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes von farbstoffreichen Lebensmitteln an Organophosphat-Pestiziden (Dimethoat, Formothion, Trichlorphon, Mevinphos, Chlorphenvonphos, Phosphamidon) beschrieben. Die Muster werden mit Acetonitril extrahiert, das Extrakt an einer gemischten Säule von Kieselgel-Aktivkohle (3 : 1) mit Acetonitril als Eluens gereinigt und sein Pestizidgehalt mit einer dünnschichtchromatographischen Methode bestimmt, wobei Kieselgel als Sorbens und ein 24 : 1 Gemisch von Chloroform und Äthanol als Eluens dienen. A multiple method of residue determination is described for the determination of organophosphate pesticides (dimethoate, formothion, trichlorphon, mevinphos, chlorphenvonphos, phosphamidon) in foods rich in pigments. The samples are extracted with acetonitrile, the extract purified on a mixed column of kieselgehactivated carbon (3 : 1) using acetonitrile as eluent, and the pesticide content of the purified extract determined by a thin-layer chromatographic method, applying kieselgel as sorbent and a 24 : 1 mixture of chloroform and ethanol as eluent.
