Abstract
Erfahrungen bei der Bestimmung des Furazolidon- und Nitrofurazongehaltes in Futtern werden beschrieben. Eine vergleichende Untersuchung von 280 Mustern wurde durchgeführt, um festzustellen, welche der bei der Untersuchung von Antibiotika benützten Lösungsmittel zur gleichzeitigen Messung von Antibiotika und Coccidiostatika geeignet sind. Auf Grund der Untersuchungen wurde bestätigt, dass das Nitrofurazon und das Flavomycin in derselben Lösung mittels unterschiedlichen Testorganismen bestimmbar sind. Results of the analysis of fodders from the aspect of their content of furazolidon and nitrofurazon are given. A comparative investigation of 280 samples was carried out in order to select those of the solvents applied at the investigation of antibiotics which are suitable for the simultaneous measurement of antibiotics and coccidiostatics. On the basis of these investigations it was found that on choosing different test organisms nitrofurazon and flavomycin can be determined in the same solution.
