Abstract

Das für das automatische Analysiergerät Technikon entwickelte enzymatische Pyruvat- und Laktatbestimmungsverfahren wurde von den Autoren an einem automatischen Analysiersystem adaptiert, unter Anwendung eines Nachweises durc Fluorometrie. Der entwickelte Modul ist fähig, das Pyruvat im Konzentrationsbereich von 0 — 10 mg/dm3 mit einer 3,6%igen Streuung, während das L-Laktat im Konzentrationsbereich von 0 — 1 0 0 mg/dm3 mit einer 3,3% igen Streuung zu bestimmen. Der Gehalt von pasteurisierten und sterilisierten Milch-Mustern und gewissen inländischen Nährmitteln an Pyruvat und L-Laktat, ferner der Änderungen dieses Gehaltes dieser Kennzeichen während einer Lagerung bei 4, bzw. 20 und 40 C° wurde untersucht. The enzymatic determination of pyruvate and lactate developed for the automatic analyzer of Technikon type was adapted for the automatic analyzer system ’’Contiflo”, on applyind detection by fluorometry. The developed module is capable of determining pyruvate in the concentration range from 0 to 1 0 mg/dm:i with a scattering of 3.6% and L-lactate in the concentration range from 0 to 100 mg/dnF with a scattering of 3.3%. Also the pyruvate and L-lactate contents of pasteurized and sterilized milks and domestic food preparations, furthermore the changes of these contents during storage at 4 °C, 20 °C and 40 °C.
