Abstract
Bei der Untersuchung von radiologischen Mustern ist die Bestimmung des Calcium- und Kaliumgehaltes eine besonders wichtige und grundlegende Aufgabe. Bei den virliegenden Untersuchungen wurde bestätigt, dass bei der Bestimmung von Calcium die Komplexometrie und Atomabsorptionsspektrometrie gleichwertige Methoden darstellen bzw. sogar die mit der flammenphotometrischen Methode erhaltenen Ergebnisse - falls eine entsprechende Maskierung angewendet wird — keine bestimmbare Unterschiede von beiden oben genannten Methoden aufweisen, wenn eine Varianzanalyse von einer Hinsicht zur Verwendung kommt. Zur Bestimmung des Kaliums sind bei Anwendung der angegebenen Maskierungsmittel sowohl die Atomabsorptionsspektrometrie, wie auch die Flammenphotometrie gleicherweise anwendbar. On analyzing radiological samples the determination of the calcium and potassium content is an important and fundamental task. In the course of investigations it was found that for the determination of calcium complexometry and atomic absorption spectrometry quite equivalent methods are, moreover, on appyling an adequate masking, even the results obtained by the flame photometric method do not show deetectable differences from the data afforded by the above mentioned both methods when the one-aspect variance analysis is applied. For the determination of potassium both the atomic absorption spectrometry and the flame photometry can be equally well used, on applying the described masking agents.
