Abstract

Programme wurden zur Berechnung von verschiedenen Laboratoriumsunter suchungen mittels der Taschenrechenmaschine vom Typ PTK 1072 entwickelt Die Programmkollektion besteht aus den folgenden Programmen: Berechnung des Feuchtigkeitsgehaltes, Fettgehaltes, Aschengehaltes, der Klebereigenschaften, des Roheiweisses, der mittels eines Valorigraphs bestimmten Wasseraunahnfähigkeit, des Volums vom Semmel und Brot, der Kontrolle des Kaffeegetränks in Kaffeeschänken, des Saccharosegehaltes und, des Aschengehaltes von weissen Zuckern, und der Farbe von Weisszuckerlösungen, Titrierung von Säuren, Variationsrechnung, Summierung von Qualitätsindexen und Berechnung von Korrelationskoeffizienten. Programs were developed for the calculation of various laboratory investigation by means of the pocket computer of type PTK 1072. The collection comprised the following programs: calculation of moisture content, fat content, ash content, gluten properties, crude protein content, wateruptake determined by valorigraph, volume of rolls and breads, control of liquid coffee drinks in coffee taverns, sucrose and ash content of white sugars and colour of their solutions, titrations of acids, variance analysis, summation of quality indexes, calculation of correlation coefficients.
