Abstract

Die Giftstoffe von weiteren Pilzarten werden durch die Verfasser beschrieben. Der Giftstoff des Lorcheis ( Gyromitra esculenta) ist das hepatotoxische und karzinogene Gyromitrin, eine Substanz, die auch in anderen Varietäten des Lorchellsund in einigen Becherpilzen vorkommt. Im Nadelholz-Häubling (Galerina marginata) und in anderen Galerina-Arten wurden dagegen alpha- und beta-Amanitine nachgewiesen, daher ist die Vergiftung durch diese Pilzarten ist gleich einer Vergiftung durch den grünen Knollenblätterpilz (Amanita phalloidea). The toxic substances of further mushroom species are described by the authors. The poison of the gyromitra (Gyromitra esculenta) is the hepatotoxic and carcinogeneous gyromitrin which is occurring also in other species of gyromitra and also in some cup-fungi. In the stump mushroom of pines (Galerina marginata) and in other species of Galerina alpha- and beta-amanities were detected. Consequently poisonings caused by them are quite identical to poisonings caused by the death cap ( Amanita phalloides).
