Abstract

Die bei der Prüfung von beiden Methoden der Industrienorm 1734 — 79 MSZ — KGST: Bestimmung des fettfreien Torockensubstanzgehaltes von Butter, und bei der Prüfung der modifizierten Schiedsprobe erhaltenen Ergebnisse werden von den Autoren Beschrieben. Dir Prüfung der oben genannten drei Methoden in dem Netzwerk der Lebensmittelkontrolle hat bewiesen, dass in der Praxis der Lebensmittelqualifizierung — neben der orientierenden Methode der Norm - nur die modifizierte Schiedsmethode der Untersuchung mit einer entsprechenden Verlässlichkeit verwendet werden kann. The results obtained by the authors during the testing of two methods prescribed by the standard MSZ— KGST 1734 — 79: Determination of the fat-free dry matter content of butter, and during the testing of the modified decisive method of investigation are described. The testing of the three methods in the netwerk of the food control stations proved that in the practice of food qualification — besides the orientative method of the standbard — only the modified decisive method of investigation can be applied at an appropriate reliability.
