Abstract

F2s ist feststellbar, dass auf dem Gebiet der Pflanzenölindustrieforschung in der fünften Fünfjahrplanperiode (1976-1980) eine erfolgreiche Arbeit vorlief. Die Zielsetzungen des Forschungsprogrammes wurden erfüllt und die praktische Anwendung der Forschungsergebnisse wurde relativ schnell realisiert. Nennenswerte Ergebnisse sind die Ausarbeitung der optimalen Technologie für Toastisierung, die Lösungsmittelbefreiung der sich aus den Extraktorapparaturen entfernenden Luft und die Entwicklung der Untersuchungsmethoden. It can be established, that an effective research work was performed in the field of vegetable oil industry in the V. five-year plane-period (1976- 1980). The aims of research programme were realized, the results of research were utilized in practice relatively quickly. Results worth mentioning are as follows: optimalization of toasting technology, production of protein isolate, recovery of solvent from the air exhaled hy extractors and improvement of analytical methods. II est constatable que le travail était fructueux dans le domaine des recherches dans l'industrie d’huile végétale pendant le cinquiéme quinquennat (1976- 1980). Le programme, l’utilisation en pratique des résultats de recherche se sont réalisés relativement vite. L’élaboration de la technologie de torréfaction, la production de l’isolation de proteiné, la recuperation du solvant de l’air partant de l’appareillage d’extraction et le développement de méthodes d’analyse, ce sont des résultats notables.
