Abstract

The already internationally accepted four-plate agar diffusion system suitable for the routine control of residues of antibiotics and of sulphonamide has been investigated and partly modified by the authors. Therefore the authors proposed a comprehensive investigation of the organs and tissues of beef-cattles and of some foods of animal origin, with the use of the described method, and a quality control by the authorities. According to the authors the method is suitable also for the purposes of standardisation. Das schon auch international angenommene Viertassensystem mit Agardiffusion zur rutinmässigen Kontrolle von Rückständen von Antibiotiken und von Sulfonamid wurde von den Autoren untersucht und teils auch modifiziert. Die Autoren haben darum vorgeschlagen, die Organe und Geweben der Schlachttiere, ferner einige Lebensmittel tierischen Ursprungs mittels der beschriebenen Methode weitgehend zu untersuchen bzw. behördlich zu kontrollieren. Die Methode eignet sich nach den Autoren auch zur Normalisierung. La méthode internationale de diffusion en gélose de quatre plats (four plate system) qui est convenable pour contrőle en pratique des antibiotiques et dee sulfonamides a été examinée et modifiée par les auteurs. Cette méthode est proposée ä l’analyse et contrőle administratif des Organes et des tissus des animaux ds boucherie et des vivres d’origine animale. La méthode est aussi considérée convenable pour la standardisation.
