Abstract
The evaluation and the results obtained by inter-laboratory test of the distillation’s method prescribed by the standard MSZ 8761/3 — 77 for the determination of the extract content of the beer are described. The author evaluates the results of 17 food control stations in case of two different samples by the standard ISO 5725 using in the statistical analysis of the data Cochran’s maximum variance test and Dixon’s outlier test. The repeatability is 0,13%, the reproducibility is 0,25%. L’auteur fait connaitre l’interpretation et les résultats de l’essai interlaboratoire organisé á examiner la méthode concluante mentionnée ci-dessus. Á la base des données de deux échantillons de biére différents il établit selon la norme ISO 5725-1981. II sélectionne les données par l’analyses Cochran et Dixon. La répétabilité de la méthode est 0,13%, la reproductibilité est 0,25%.
