Abstract

Die Verfasser untersuchten den Kohlenhydratgehalt des gezüchteten Feldschwammes (Psalliota bispora). Die Kohlenhydrate wurden durch verschiedene Säuren - bzw. Laugenbehandlung auf mehrere Fraktionen aufgeteilt. Sie be*- stimmten die Mengenverhältnisse dieser Fraktionen und wiesen nach erfolgter Hydrolyse mit papierchromatographischer Methode die Komponenten der Kohlenhydratfraktionen nach. The content of carbohydrates in cultivated champignon (Psalliota bispora) has been investigated by the authors. The carbohydrates of champignon were decomposed to various fractions by treatment with different acids and alkalies. The quantitative ratios of these fractions were established, and the compinents of carbohydrate fractions were detected by paper chromatographic method.
