Abstract

Verfasser untersuchten die Nebenfarbstoffe der in den ungarischen Handelsverkehr gelangenden synthetischen Lebensmittelfarbstoffe. Die Nebenfarbstoffe wurden durch preparative Papierchromatographie isoliert und diinnschichtchromatographisch identifiziert. Die Mengenverhältnisse der Nebenfarbstoffe wurden densitometrisch bestimmt. Auf Grund ihrer Versuchsergebnisse empfehlen die Verfasser Änderungen die Herstellungstechnologie, die Einfuhr und neuere Vorschriften für Anwendung und Qualität der synthtetischen Lebensmittelfarbstoffe betreffend. The accessory dyes present in the synthetic food dyes available in the commercial market in Hungary were investigated by the authors. The accessory dyes were isolated by preparative paper chromatography and identified by layer chromatography. The quantitative ratio of accessory dyes was established by densitometry. On the basis of the results of the investigations, various modifications are suggested in the production technique of synthetic food dyes, and concerning their import and the new prescriptions of their use and quality. Les auteurs ont examine les colorants accessoires dans les colorants synthétiques commerciales employes pour les denrées alimentaires. I Is ont isolé les colorants accessoires par Chromatographie préparative et les ont indentifiés par Chromatographie en couches. IIs ont établbes proportions quantitatives des colorants accessoires par densitométrie. Basé sur leurs examinations ils proposent des modifications concernant la technologie et l’importation des colorants accessoires employes pour les denrées alimentaires, et proposent aussi des prescriptions nouvel les concernant leur emploi et leur qualification.
