Abstract
Die Bestimmung der Ascorbinsäure erfolgt nach Reduzierung des Nitrats mit Natriumsulfit bei saurer Reaktion und Entfernung von SO, bromatometrisch. Das Nitrit kann nach Oxidation der Ascorbinsäure in alkalischem Medium unter Erwärmung mit dem Reagens Sulfanilsäure - a-Naphtylamin auf die bekannte Weise bestimmt werden. Subsequent to reducing nitrates with sodium sulphite in an acidic medium and removal of sulphur dioxide, ascorbic acid is determined by bromatometry. Nitrite, in turn, is determined in the conventional way with the reagent sulphanilic acid — a-naphthylamine, after oxidizing ascorbic acid by heating the sample in an alkaline medium. Le dosage de l’acide ascorbique se fait par bromométrie aprés réduction du nitrite avec du sulfite de sodium en milieu acide et expulsion du S02. Le nitrite peut étre dósé de la maniére connue avec le réactif acide sulfanylique — a naphtylamine aprés oxydation de l’acide ascorbique en milieu alcalin avec échauffement.
