Abstract

Die Verfasser arbeiteten eine neue Methode zur Bestimmung des sogenannten Lieferungswertes von probeweise gekauften Presso-Kaffee Getränken aus. Nach ihrem Verfahren wird der probeweise gekochte Aufguss bis zu einem bestimmten Volumen verdünnt und seine spezifische Leitfähigkeit mit derjenigen eines an Ort und Stelle selbstbereiteten Kaffeeaufgusses verglichen. Die Genauigkeit der Methode entspricht den Forderungen der Praxis, die Ausführung ist einfach und rasch. A new method was evolved by the authors for the determination of the socalled service value of presso coffee drinks collected by random buying. According to the suggested method, the coffee extracts are diluted to an adequately chosen volume and the specific conductance of the diluted samples is established. The accuracy of the method meets the requirements of analytical practice, its technique is simple and quick. Les auteurs ont élaboré une méthode nouvelle pour déterminer la valeur dite de dervice des échantillons de café filtre achetés par l’organe de controle. La méthode consiste en la comparaison de la conductibilité spécifique des échantillons de café filtre dilués ä un volume convenablement choisi.
