Abstract

Die Verfasser beschreiben das von ihnen ausgearbeitete und in ungarische lcbensmittelindustrielle Betriebe eingeftihrte System der Qualitätskennzahlen aufgrund dessen sie das Niveau der Qualität von Produkten der einzelnen lebensmittelindustriellen Betriebe auswerten. A system of quality index evolved and introduced by the authors in Hungarian plants of the food industry is described. By this index, it is possible to evaluate the quality level of the products of the various plants of food industry.
