Abstract

Die Verfasser empfehlen für die Mikrobestimmung des Chloridgehaltes von Milch und anderen Lebensmitteln die coulombmetrische Methode. Sie besprechen die Literatur der Coulombmetrie ausführlich. Sie beschreiben die argentometrische und merkurornetrische Ausführungsform der potenciometrischen Chloridbcstimmung eingehend, diese können auch unabhängig vom coulombmetrischen Verfahren in der Praxis angewandt werden. Sie beschreiben die Herstcllungsweise der verwendeten Elektroden ausführlich. Die in Vorschlag gebrachten Chloridbestimmungsmethoden sind zuverlässig, rasch durchführbar, sie eignen sich für routinemässige Untersuchungen. Die Genauigkeit der Bestimmungen beträgt 0,5-3%. Authors suggest a coulombmetric method to estimate the chloride content of milk and other foods on a micro scale. A detailed account is given on the literature of coulombmetry. The argentometric and mercurometric variants of the potentiometric chloride assay which may be used in practice independently from the coulombmetric method, are described in detail. A thorough description is given of the preparation of the electrodes used. Ttie methods suggested for chloride estimation are reliable, quick and suitable for routine analysis. Accuracy of measurements is 0,5 — 3%.
