Abstract

Verfasser beschreibt im ersten Teil der Arbeit die theoretischen Grundlagen der Atomabsorptions-Spektrophotometrie und einige prinzipielle Bemerkungen über die Funktionierung des Instrumentes. Er behandelt auch die Frage der störenden Einflüsse. Im zweiten Teil bespricht er die Bedeutung der Methode in der Prüfung der anorganischen Bestandteile (Metalle usw.) der Lebensmittel. Er gibt eine Übersicht über das Schrifttum von alkoholhaltigen und alkoholfreien Getränken, Wasser, Milch und Milchprodukten, Fetten und Ölen, Fleischen und Fleischwaren, Mehlen, Zuckern und Lebensmitteln pflanzlicher Herkunft, sowie Ingredienzien aufgrund der Atomabsorption. In the first part of the treatise the theoretical fundamentals of atomic absorption spectrophotometry and some theoretical aspects of the instrument are presented. The problem of interfering effects is discussed. In the second part the significance of the method in the analysis of the mineral constituents (as metals etc.) of foods is emphasized. A survey is given of the data of literature of the investigations of alcoholic and soft beverages, waoers, milk and dairy products, fats and oils, meats and meat products, flours, sugars and foods of plant origin, further of the various food additives carried tut by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Dans la premiere partié de sa publication l’auteur décrit les principes théori ques de la spéctrophotométrie ä absorption atomique, ainsi que quelques rapports principaux du fonctionnement de Pappareil. II s’occupe des effets contrariants. Dans la seconde partié il met en relief l’importance de la méthode dans Гапаlyse des composants minéraux (des métaux etc.) des denrées. II passe en revue les publications relatives ä l’analyse par absorption atomique des biossons alcooliques et non-alcooliques, du lait et des produits laitiers, des huiles et graisses, desviandes et produits carnées, des farines, des sucres et des denrées d’origine végétale, ainsi que des additifs.
