Abstract
Der Verfasser untersuchte den Fe-, Cu-, Ca-, Mg- und Na-Gehalt verschiedener gebrannter Alkoholproben mittels der Atomabsorptions-Methode. Die Resultate der direkten Messung zeigten mit den - nach vorherier Aufschliessung erhaltenen — Resultaten eine gute Übereinstimmung. The content or iron, copper, calcium, magnesium and sodium in samples of spirits were determined by atomic absorption method. The results obtained by direct measurement were in a fair accordance with the data established after a previous decomposi-ion. A correlation was found between the colour of the samples and their content of iron and copper, respectively. The contents of calcium, magnesium and sodium depend on the quality of waters used in the manufacturing process.
