Abstract

Der Verfasser bewertet aufgrund von in dem Landesinstitut für Ernährungswissenschaft durchgeführten Untersuchungen und des durchschnittlichen jährlichen Obstkonsums die Bedeutung der einzelnen, mit dem Obst verzehrten Zuckerarten. In Ungarn muss zu Beginn der 1970-er Jahre jährlich mit dem Konsum von etwa zwei Kilogramm extra Dextrose und drei Kilogramm Fructose gerechnet werden, ausser der mit dem Obst verzehrten Saccharose. Dieses Zuckerquantum ist nicht von Belang, besonders wenn wir den bedeutenden Sorbitgehalt der einzelnen Obstarten in Betracht ziehen, seine diätetische Bedeutung kann aber nicht ausser Acht gelassen werden. The significance of the various sugar types consumed in form of fruits is evaluated on the basis of the average annual fruit consumption, with the use of investigations carried out in the National Institute for Nutrition and Nutrition Science. At the beginning of the 70-cs, besides sucrose consumed in form of fruits, about 2 kg dextrose and 3 kg fructose are being consumed annually in Hungary. From the aspect of energy supply this amount of sugars has no great significance though certain sugar types, particularly on taking into account also the appreciable sorbitol content of certain fruits, possess some significance from the aspect of dietetics.
