Abstract

Verfasser beschreibt die Grundlagen einer zur Bestimmung des Alkohol- und Extraktgehaltes von Trockenweinen geeigneten mit Hilfe des Refraktometers und Aräometers durchführbaren Methode, sowie die Ausführung der Bestimmung und Berechnung der erstrebten Resultate auf Grund der mitgeteilten Zusammenhänge. Zur Beseitigung der Berechnungsschwierigkeiten kann auf Grund der erwähnten Zusammenhänge ein Rechenschieber konstruiert werden. Die berechneten, sowie die durch Zuhilfenahme des Rechenschiebers ermittelten Werte erwiesen sich bei an Ort und Stelle durchgeführten Untersuchungen in hinreichendem Masse von orientierender Genauigkeit. The principles, the technique, and the calculation of results of a method for the determination of the content of alcohol and dry substance in dry wines are described, on the basis of data obtained with the use of a portable refractometer and areometer on the spot. To eliminate calculations of a complicated nature, a slide rule may be designed on the basis of the correlations found by the author. The results obtained by calculations and with the use of the slide rule were in a good accordance and proved to be of an accuracy satisfactory at tests conducted on the spot. Les principes des méthodes pour dosager la teneur en alcool et en extraits des vins sees, en у employant le refractométre pour des matériaux sees et l’aréométre, у sont rapportés par l’auteur, ainsi que l’exécution du dosage mérne, puis le calcul des résultats désirés, rendus possible par les rélations. Pour éviter les désagréments du calcul, une regle ä calcul, ä base des rélations décrites, peut se faire construite. Les résultats obtenus par calcul ainsi que par le regle ä calcul, semblent d’etre d’une exactitude süffisante pour des déterminations sur les lieux.
