Abstract

Die sich auf das vom „Analytical Methods Committee'’ (13) empfohlene Verfahren gründende Methode ermöglicht die Bestimmung von Blei aus 1 —10 g Trockensubstanz auch in Gegenwart von störenden Substanzen. Prinzip der Methode: trockene Veraschung, Extrahierung des Bleis aus saurem Medium m ittels Dithiocarbamat, nasse Zerstörung des Extraktes und Bestimmung des Bleis mit einer „Monokölor” Dithizonmethode. Reproduzierbarkeit der Ergebnisse ist 30%, was hinsichtlich der Schwierigkeiten und dem Ziele des Verfahrens als befriedigend betrachtet werden kann. In der Arbeit sind auch die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung von 20 verschiedenen Substanzen enthalten. The method evolved on the basis of the procedure recommended by the Analytical Methods Committee (13) lends itself to the determination of lead in 1 —10 grams of dry substance, even in the presence of interfering substances. The principle of the method is dry ashing, extraction of lead from the acid extract witlTdithiocarbamate wet destruction of the liquid extract and determination of lead by a ’’monocolour” dithizone method. The reproducibility of the results ranges ± 30%, which is satisfactory considering the difficulties encountered and the scope of the method. Analytical values of 20. different subtances exam ined are presented as well.
