Abstract

Der Verfasser bestimmt den Wassergehalt industrieller Fettstoffe tierischen und pflanzlichen Ursprunges vermittels des Acetylchloridverfahrens nach Smith und Bryant. Water contents were determined by success in various industrial fats of animal and vegetable origin, with the use of the acetyl chloride method suggested by Smith and Bryant. L’auteur emploie pour dosage de la teneur en eau des graisses industrielles de provenance animale et végétable la méthode au chlorure d’acetyle de Smith et Bryant.
