Abstract
Verfasser untersuchten die Zusammensetzung, undzwar den Trockensubstanz-, Fruktose-, Dextrose-, Saccharose-, Gesamtzucker-, C-Vitamin-, freien Aminosäure- und Säuregehalt verschiedenartig gelagerter JonathanÄpfel. Sie stellten fest, dass zwischen der Zusammensetzung von bis April auf verschiedene Weise gelagerten Äpfel kein nennenswerter Unterschied besteht. The composition of Jonathan apples stored under different conditions, particularly the content of dry matter, fructose, dextrose, sucrose, total sugars, ascorbic acid, free amino acids and acids were established by the authors. It was found that no significant differences exist in the composition of apples stored till April under different conditions. Les auteurs ont examiné la composition de la pomme Jonathan stoquée de diverses manieres, notamment la teneur en matiere seche, en fructose, en dextrose, en saccharose, en sucre total, en vitamine-C, en acides aminés libres et en acides. Ils ont établi que les pommes stoquées jusqu’en avril ne présentent pas de différences notables.
