Abstract
The person as the subject of legal relations is also the focus of legal protection. In the field of legal services, even the most modern technologies can only work properly and effectively if we do not lose sight of this principle. Science and technology are constantly evolving, but this should not erode our values. Access to justice, and appropriate legal services have long been at the heart of the protection of rights. The existence of legal disputes is a necessary part of human relations, which can be resolved using various traditional and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. In addition to traditional offline dispute resolution, new technologies of the 21st century offer many online solutions. These, when used in conjunction with new technologies, have a significant impact on the rights of individuals. The requirement of legal certainty in this new environment also requires the establishment and consistent application of appropriate safeguards. The development of information technologies makes it possible to use digital tools and solutions that challenge both legislators and law enforcers. In a few selected areas of law, it is possible to examine and typify the types of modern dispute resolution that are ultimately aimed at ensuring the most effective conditions for the protection of interests and the enforcement of rights, while respecting fundamental rights.
