Abstract
Az elméleti tanulmány célja bemutatni az Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) terápiás módszer működését, menetét. Emellett fókuszba kerül az EMDR szerepe és hatékonysága a vizsgaszorongás csökkentésében. Végül áttekintésre kerül az EMDR módszer felhasználása a felsőoktatási tanácsadásban. Abstract The aim of this theoretical study is to present the operation and process of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, the role and effectiveness of EMDR in reducing test anxiety is focused on. Finally, the use of the EMDR in higher education counseling is reviewed.
