Abstract
A mesterséges intelligencia (MI) technológiák fejlődése új távlatokat nyit a pszichológiai szupervízióban és az esetvezetésben. Jelen cikk egy MI alapú chatbot fejlesztésének lehetőségeit vizsgálja, amely specifikusan pszichológusok és pszichoterapeuták esetmegbeszéléseinek támogatására szolgál. A szupervíziós chatbot célja, hogy valós idejű visszajelzést nyújtson a terapeutáknak, segítsen a terápiás technikák elemzésében, és folyamatosan dokumentálja az esetek előrehaladását. Az ilyen chatbotok rugalmas hozzáférést és testreszabható támogatást biztosítanak, különös figyelmet fordítva az etikai kérdésekre és az adatvédelemre. A cikk sorra veszi a fejlesztéshez szükséges speciális szakmai lépéseket, és a szupervíziós célú chatbotok eltérő fejlesztési szempontjait a terápiás chatbotokhoz képest. Abstract 4. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies opens new horizons in psychological supervision and case management. This article explores the potential for developing an AI-based chatbot specifically designed to support case discussions for psychologists and psychotherapists. The goal of the supervision chatbot is to provide real-time feedback to therapists, assist in the analysis of therapeutic techniques, and continuously document case progress. Such chatbots offer flexible access and customizable support, with particular attention to ethical issues and data privacy. The article outlines the specific professional steps required for development and highlights the differing design considerations for supervision chatbots compared to therapeutic chatbots.
