Using this method the transformation of thiacloprid takes place by reactions with free radicals (hydroxyl radical (•OH), hydrated electron (eaq ), hydrogen radical (•H), and hydroperoxyl radical/superoxide radical anion(HO2 /O2 )).Gamma (γ)radiolysis is an appropriatemethod to investigate the role of primary radicals in the transformation and degradation of thiacloprid.
