%X Die Verfasser beschreiben die semiquantitative Bestimmung von TMTDwirkstoffhaltigen Beizmitteln mit der Dünnschichtchromatographie. Das Verfahren ist Folgendes: Der Rückstand von TMTD wird von der zu prüfenden Probe mit Chloroform abgewaschen und dieser Auszug auf einer Silicagel G Schicht mit dem wassergesättigten Laufmittel Chloroform-Kohlentetrachlorid 3 : 1 chromatographiert; Entwicklung der Flecke erfogt mit einer Natriumazid-Jodlösung. Durch Mitchromatographieren einer Standardreihe eignet sich die Methode zur Bestimmung des TMTD-Rückstandes von 0,5 Mikrogramm. A thin-layer chromatographic technique is described for the semiquantitative determination of residues of tetramethyldiuramdisulphide-base seed dressing agents (TMTD). The method consists essentially of the following steps. Residues of TMTD are washed off the sample with chloroform. The extract is allowed to run on a thin layer of Silicagel G, using a 3 : 1 mixture of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride, saturated with water. Subsequently, the evolved spots are developed with an iodine solution containing sodium azide. Parallel with the test solution, also a standard series of known TMTD contents is allowed to run. The method lends itself to the determination of TMTD residues, with a sensitivity of 0.5 micrograms. Les auteurs ont décrit dans leur méinoire le dosage des résidus des macérateurs ä base de TMTD par Chromatographie en couche mince. La méthode est la suivante: on enléve de l’objet ä examiner avec du chloroforme les résidus du macérateur а base de TMTD et on fait courir cet extráit sur une couche mince de Silicagel G avec un mélange 3 : 1 de chloroforme-tetrachlorure de carbone saturé d’eau, puis on développe les taches avec une solution de iode contenant de l’azide de sodium. L’on fait courir parallélement ä la solution ä examiner une série standard. La méthode est bonne pour le dosage des résidus ä TMTD avec une sensibilité de 0,5 microgrammes.
