%X Die Verfasserin beschreibt die Ergebnisse ihrer Versuche mit Wein, den Abbau einzelner Pflanzenschutzmittel vom Phthalimid-Typus betreffend. Sie stellt fest, dass das dem Wein in cca. 1 mg/1 zugesetzte Kaptan und Phaltan in 3 Tagen vollständig abgebaut werden (Kaptan- bzw. Phaltankonzentration <0,1 mg/1). Der Abbau des dem Wein in cca. 10 mg/1 Menge zugesetzten Kaptans beansprucht 11 Tage, derjenige des Phaltans 5 Tage. The results of investigations of the decomposition process of certain fungicides of phthalimide type in wines are presented. It was found that quantities of Captan and Faltan of the order of magnitude of 1 mg/liter added to the wine are practically completely decomposed in three days (the concentration of Captan and Faltan, respectively, is reduced to less than 0.1 mg/liter). When Captan amounts of about 10 mg/liter are added to the wine, the decomposition requires eleven days while that of the same amount of Faltan needs five days. L’auteur décrit les résultats de ces expériences effectuées afin d’étudier la décomposition des fongicides du type phthalimide dans le vin. II constate que’environ 1 mg/litre captan et phaltan subissent pratiquement une décomposition totale en trois jours (la concentration résiduelle ne dépassant pás les 0,1 mg/1). La décomposition de 10 mg/litre de captan exige 11 jours, la merne concentration de phaltan se décompose en 5 jours.
