%X Die Arbeit gibt eine Übersicht über die mit der Verwendung von Unkraut vertilgenden und wachstumregulierenden Mitteln verbundenen allgemeinen verköstigungshygienischen Probleme. Es wird der Anwendungsbereich dieser Mittel, sowie die Entwicklung der einheimischen Verwendung nach verwendeter Menge und Spektrum der Wirksubstanzen besprochen. Die toxikologischen Eigenschaften der Wirksubstanzen werden eingehend behandelt, wie auch die Fragen der Persistenz und Zersetzungsdynamik der Rückstände, der Einfluss der Zeitdauer der Anwendung und einige mit der Verwendung der neuerdings zur Einführung gelangenden, kombinierte Wirkstoffe enthaltenden Formulationen verbundene Probleme.  A survey is given of the general nutrition-hygienic problems in connection with the use of herbicides and growth regulating agents. The fields of application of these agents and the development of their use in Hungary are described according to the data of their consumption and to the activity spectra of the active constituents. The toxicological properties, the problems of the persistence and the dynamics of decomposition of the residues, the effects of the agents at the date of their application, the contaminants accompanying certain active constituents and some problems concerning the use of recently introduced formulations including combined active agents are discussed in detail. La communication passe en revue les problemes généraux de l’hygiene alimentaire par rapport ä ^utilisation des produits herbicides et régulateurs dc croissance. Elle décrit le domaine d’utilisation de ces produits et Involution de leur application selon le spectre de leurs agents actifs et la quantitc utilisce. La publication s’étend en détail sur les caractéristiques toxicologiqucs des agents actifs, traite des problemes de la persistence et de la dynamique de decomposition des résidus, de I’effet lors de l’utilisation, dc quelques impuretés accompagnant les agents ainsi que de quelques problemes par rapport ä l’application des formulations aux agents combinós, récemment introduits.
