In this study, selfassembling squalenoylated conjugates were prepared aimed at improving bioavailability and anti-tumor efficacy. The newly synthesized compounds were purified by HPLC to over 95% and their structures were confirmed by NMR and HRMS. The squalenoylated compounds will be used for the synthesis of self-assembling nanoparticles, which will be subjected to investigation of their antiproliferative activity. This approach may enhance the stability and biological activity of the lead compound, advancing its therapeutic potential. %Z Bibliogr.: 387. p. ; ill. ; összefoglalás angol nyelven
