Abstract
The author wishes Ervin Cséka, who has written several studies on the solutions for questions of facts, many happy returns to his 90th birthday with this paper. Among these studies, the author of this paper dwells on two particular one - as a post-review - namely, the book titled „Theoretical basis of findings of facts in criminal cases" published in 1968 and the essay titled „Evergreen questions in criminal proof' published in 1997. This paper gives a detailed analysis why the work of Ervin CSÉKA sums up not only the evergreen questions of proof but also gives a certain insight into its new challenges, and with all this it significantly increases the culture of the examination of findings of fact in Hungary.
