Abstract

The XXI. Financial crisis pregnancies century the economy of the project management role and new possibilities arise, which may help recovery from the crisis. These trends have collected a critical approach and watch my presentation. Because of the wide variety of new trends are emerging economies that allow for more streamlined and more focused than in the past for its work, are essential to combat these problems project home. A long standing and widespread methods take a look and compare the new ones. The old ones are the PCM and the EVM of the benefits which I would like to emphasize that as well stop place in today's economic difficulties. They still want to use new elements to improve the project managers. Performance measurement is based on the fact that we need to quantify the value of human creative work. Here at work, I mean activities in the biblical sense of that sweaty effort. In order to be understood by a society that is always expressed in monetary units. If this is the true performance indicator metrics, was the center of the project, you get a true picture of the progress of the projects. New, unified approach method is in which more secure and easier to manage projects. Participants in the project continents, and now there are more nations join a large corporate project, the organizational and communication issues related to dealing with my presentation.
