Abstract
Írásom ahhoz a kérdéshez kapcsolódik, hogy a délvidéki magyar kisebbségi közösségen belül milyen módszerekkel szervezte meg az elit saját társadalmát. Egy olyan kor, amikor a Délvidéken megbomlott az állami és a nemzeti hovatartozás, egyik napról a másikra új, nemzeti szempontból ellenséges keretek közé kellett beilleszkedni. Maradtak-e ehhez intézményi kapaszkodóik, melyek voltak ezek, mivel próbálták, mivel tudták ezt pótolni? Kik voltak ennek a kényszerû kisebbségi társadalomépítésnek az animátorai a Délvidéken? A fenti kérdésekre most egy konkrét eset, Várady Imre élettörténetén keresztül keresem a választ, eddig ismeretlen források segítségével. My paper is related to the subject of by what methods the elite organized its own society, within the Hungarian minority community in the Southland. In an era, when in the Southland, state and national status changed, and from one day to the next, from an ethnicity point of view, they were forced to fit into a new, hostile environment. Did they have remaining institutional grasping points, which were these, what did they try, manage to replace these with? Who were the animators of this forced minority society organization in the Southland? I search for the answers to these questions through a specific case, the life-story of Imre Várady, with the assistance of sources that have been unknown so far.
