Előadásom célja bemutatni, hogyan járulnak hozzá a külső pályázati forrásból finanszírozott innovációs projektek a Debreceni Egyetem, mint innovációs központ fejlődéséhez, ezen belül emberi erőforrásainak és az egyetem országos piacon elfoglalt pozíciójának változásához. Ezen kívül megvizsgálom, hogy ezen projektek menedzselése mennyire felel meg a projektmenedzsment szakirodalom által ajánlottaknak. Az előadás empirikus része egy esettanulmány tanulságaira épít, ami a Debreceni Egyetemen 2013 első negyedévében zajló 7 darab TÁMOP-4.2.2.A típusú kutatási projektet elemez, amelyek jelentős külső forrásból valósulnak meg és témájuk szerint az emberi élet meghosszabbítására, annak megkönnyítésére irányulnak. Kutatásom során országos statisztikai adatokra, projektdokumentációkra és a projektmenedzserekkel készített interjúkra támaszkodtam. A vizsgálat tanulságai szerint a projektek hozzájárultak az egyetem, mint innovációs központ pozíciójának megőrzéséhez és javításához. Emberi erőforrásra gyakorolt hatásuk főleg az állomány megtartásában jelentkezett. Projektmenedzsment módszerek közül jellemzően csak a finanszírozó által előírt projektmenedzsment technikákat, módszereket alkalmaztak. The purpose of my presentation is to show how the innovation projects financed by peripheral tender fund can contribute to the development of the University of Debrecen, as the center of innovation, to the changing of human resources and the changing of the place of the University occupied in the national market. In addition I analyzed whether the management of these projects is in agreement with the way offered by the literature of project management. The empirical part of the presentation is based on the edifications of a case study that is analyzing seven TÁMOP4.2.2.A research projects going on at the University of Debrecen in the first quarter of 2013. These projects are realized from significant external funds and their theme is the extension and simplification of human life. During my research I used statistical data, documents of projects and the interviews of project managers. According to the results of the analysis the projects could contribute to the preserving and improvement of the position of the University as a center of innovation. Their effects on the human resources in particular emerged in the maintaining of the employees. From the project management methods only the techniques and methods prescribed by the financier of the project were applied.
