Abstract
The use of the project method goes far back. Eventough there are a wide range of international and hungarian studies about the project method, it hasn’t made it’s way into the the everyday practice of the hungarian schools. In my study, I’m writing about my own journey with using this method from first trying it, through it’s difficulties, to my experiences in Finland and the United States. Besides all this I show you how I use this method in literature classes. I discuss my observations which I gathered from my students work.
