Abstract
Terminus technicuses, safeguarding of interest and representation of interest are defined by the Hungarian explanatory dictionary as synonym concept and the usage is similar as well. The Hungarian Explanatory Concise Dictionary defines only the concept of the safeguarding of interest: „Organized defense of any department's, flake's or individual's interest." • The Legal Encyclopedia has only: „The economy representation of interest" entry-word: „A community movement that defends and represents the economic interest of natural persons and legal persons of an occupation, profession, trade or sector. According to the Constitution §4: „The tradeun ions and other representations of interest defend and represent the interest o employees, cooperative members and entreprenueurs." The first part of the monography attempts to delimitate the content of the two concepts. Interest relations of the agriculturalsector have both homogenous, heterogenous character. Interest relations of the grower, rancher, product forestaller, storager, product processor natural and legal persons doing similar activity are homogenous; and heterogenous are the interest relation among the listed especially the faceing ones, furthermore the state related legal connenctions the figures of the agriculturalsector. The second part contains the dissection of legal relations. The third part of the monography presents the created (formed) interest group, representation organization structures in the former socialist field-forestfood economy. The fourth part deals with the after 1990 formed, made obligatory organizations in the rule of law. The last part values connection the today extant organizations and the state.
